14.4.9 Sagittarius: Saturn transiting in 11^th from natal Moon will bestow positive results on all fronts blessing health, wealth, wealth & honour to natives. Jupiter’s transit in Aries till May 2012 & again in Gemini from May 2013 to May 2014 and of Rahu in Libra till Dec 2012 will be of additional grace. However Saturn being in Tamra-moorthy status may cause some delay/ hindrances in various happenings. By and large, natives will enjoy improved financial position, marital & domestic happiness, healthy and problem free life. One may get suitable job/ promotion / transfer of choice for self/ spouse, get married, purchase a house, land or vehicle, be blessed with a child or recover old debts/ dues. Business may flourish & expand with success & profit particularly after Oct 2012. Going at work place will be easy, smooth & pleasant. Court cases may settle amicably to one’s advantage. Youngsters may excel meritoriously in competitions and participants in social functions will increase. However love & romance may create some problems.

14.4.10 Capricorn: Saturn transiting in 10^th from  natal Moon is inauspicious as kantak Shani. It brings loss of health, wealth, job & status, failure in ventures, discredit & troubles from superiors & authorities. Promotions/ perks may be delayed, unwelcome transfer may be inevitable and/ or one may get involved in cases of mis-appropriation, criminal proceedings, vigilance or scandals. Work-load may increase without any gain or appreciation. Relations with spouse may be strained resulting in physical/ mental separation. Finances may cause constant tension & worries. One may have to sell part of one’s fixed assets to meet growing expenditure & pressure to clear old debts. Deviation from righteous path & deeds may invite criticism & troubles. However the Saturn’s transit being in Swarna-moorthy, natives should be able to overcome most of the problems. Transit of Jupiter from May 2012 to May 2013 in Taurus and of Rahu in Scorpio till Dec 2012 will also help the natives.

14.4.11 Aquarius: Saturn’s transit in 9^th from natal Moon brings mixed results. It may cause grief, obstacles, problems from enemies, tensions due to siblings & friends, and health problems (even demise) to father. There could be separation from spouse & children and hatred, chest pains and even imprisonment to those having major/ sub-periods of malefics in their charts. One may act against the wishes of parents & well-wishers and hence invite troubles. But children may get success in their ventures and one of them may get married and also get a good job. The native may have marital happiness and support from spouse. One may recover money from long-pending dues and court cases/ litigations may be settled in one’s favour except during the period from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013. The Saturn as Rajat-moorthy, Jupiter’s transit in Gemini from May 2012 to May 2013 and Ketu’s transit in Aries Dec 2012 to Jun 2014 are helpful indicators to Aquarius natives.

14.4.12 Pisces: Saturn’s transit in 8^th from natal Moon cause inauspicious Ashtam Shani results. This coupled with Loha-moorthy status indicates a very trying (evil) period asking for extreme restraint & cautious approach to every action/ activity by the natives. There may be family problems like domestic/ conjugal disharmony, separation from family, diseases, wedding of siblings & their conjugal life, death of spouse or some elderly family member etc. One may face financial stringency, intense miseries, injuries & accidents, chronic ailments. There may be delays in court settlement cases, promotions, starting new ventures/ business propositions. However one may be in good books of superiors and patience & hard work may get success & appreciation at work place. One may also go on a pilgrimage. The Jupiter’s transit in Aries till May 2012 and Ketu’s in Taurus till Dec 2012 are favourable.

14.5 Conclusion

Saturn’s transit in any sign should be studied with great care as it is the slowest and the most dreaded. Hence recently, it has resulted in sprouting of large numbers of Saturn’s temple and devotees all over India. Before making any evil prediction, one must always consider modifications caused by various factors and the favourable transits of other planets, particularly of slow moving planets. The native under influence of bad transit of Saturn, to mitigate/ ward off its evil results, should be just in his dealings, look-after poor, weak & disabled, be cautious on the day of his birth star, not consume alcohol and worship lord Shiva & lord Hanuman, the deities even Shani has worshipped.

14.4.5 Leo: Saturn moving to Libra has ended the dreaded period of Sadhe Sati and is now in benefic position of 3^rd from natal Moon & in Swarn-moorthy status. In addition Jupiter has favourable transit in Aries till May 2012 and again from May 2013 to May 2014. So it is an auspicious period and natives may regain what they lost in previous years. Natives are full of confidence, courage, enjoy good physical, mental & marital happiness, all comforts & luxuries, success in all ventures, defeats enemies and lead an aristocratic life. He may get better employment, better results in business, immovable property, is able to do his duties more energetically and exert his influence on authorities, superiors & subordinates. However long sojourn of Mars in Leo from 25^th Jan to 22^nd Jun 2012, re-entry of Saturn (R) in Virgo from 17^th May to 05^th Aug 2012 and Rahu’s transit in 5^th from natal Moon for almost whole of 2012, will dampen the results to some extent.

14.4.6 Virgo: The natives are still under the malevolence of Sadhe Sati and being under the influence of Tamra-moorthy, Saturn’s transit will give generally unpleasant results only. The native may have loss of money, heavy expenditure, financial stringency, loss of comforts, prestige & status, wrath of elders & authorities. There may be unhappy conjugal life, loss of vitality, ill health of parents, self, spouse, children may have bad times & their education may be spoiled. One should keep one’s tongue under control, lest one is misunderstood. Loose talks may lead to quarrels & litigation. One may be deceived by notorious persons/ females. Servants/ attendants may leave the native. In office, work-load may make one restless. Due promotions/ perks may be postponed. The native may have to sell a portion of his shares or property to meet heavy financial needs or pressure or repayment of loans. Partnership business should be avoided. Politicians may face opposition & hindrances in their path. Retrograde Saturn in Virgo, will cause extra problems between 16^th May to 4^th Aug 2012. However Rahu will be favourable throughout 2012 and Jupiter may come to rescue after May 2012. Hence during 2^nd half of 2012, one may get married or purchase a house, plot or a vehicle.

14.4.7 Libra: The native will be under the influence of middle Sadhe Sati and influence on natal Moon & birth star. The native may face problems from all sides and failure in all ventures. There may be danger from poison, fire, misery, imprisonment, loss of wealth, and sufferings in/ from foreign lands. He may suffer from various diseases, emotionally & physically disturbed (mother’s health may deteriorate), and disputes with siblings may lead to separation and division of property with native at the receiving end. Financial condition may worsen due to wasteful expenditure, some scandal, loss in speculation and deception by others. One may not have job-satisfaction and one’s work will not be appreciated by colleagues & superiors. Change of profession is possible. Businessmen may have problems from employees and authorities. However, as Saturn is exalted and possess Rajat-moorthy status, the intensity of malevolence may come down considerably and one may be able to overcome difficulties and move forward. Jupiter’s transit in Aries till May 2012 and again in Gemini from May 2013 to May 2014 will also be of great help. Till Sep 2012 one’s spouse or partner may also help financially and one of your children may secure a good job or position.

14.4.8 Scorpio: The Saturn now moves to 12^th house from one’s Moon sign of debility with Loha-moorthy Satus causing much grief & losses as it is beginning of Sadhe Sati. The native may be engaged in worthless & fruitless business, with expenditure exceeding far above income, marital discord and always in conflict with parents, family, relatives, friends and residing away from them. Domestic happiness will be missing, health hazards & accidents of parents, spouse & children & their hospitalization will be source of worry. There may be loss of wealth due to theft/ burglary, litigations and action by government agencies. Postponement of promotions & perks, transfers to unwanted places, unpleasant journeys and series of misfortunes & humiliations may be common. One may earn displeasures of boss & non-cooperation of colleagues. Partnership business may not work, there could be raid by authorities and workers/ employees may ditch at crucial times. Youngsters may have lack of concentration and waste time on pleasure pursuits. Speculation will be hazardous in first half but long standing dues/ loans may be recovered in 2^nd half. However Jupiter’s transit in Taurus from May 2012 to May 2013 will be giving some solace.

Part 1

14.4.1 Aries: Saturn’s transit in 7^th from natal sign is generally unfavourable. This may result in bad health to spouse, loss of money, difficulties in partnership deals, aimless travels, fatigue of foot journey, accident/ danger during journeys, separation from family, incur displeasure of seniors/ authorities, desertion by servants/ attendants and unforeseen medical expenditure. Marital disharmony leading to physical or mental separation with spouse, delay in marriage or promotion/ unwelcome transfers may add to mental agony. Since Saturn is Tamra-moorthy & Kantak Shani, one has to struggle hard to overcome unseen delays & problems in all ventures. However after May 2012, Jupiter turns favourable and will come to some rescue.

14.4.2 Taurus: As Saturn is now in 6^th from natal Moon and in Rajat-Moorthy, good positive results may be expected throughout the year particularly after May 2012 when Jupiter enters Taurus. Throughout the year, the sign under Rahu-Ketu (both in their debility) axis may slightly dampen the outcomes. But after Dec 2012, the Rahu turns favourable. By and large, natives will enjoy a happy domestic life free from diseases & enemies and enjoy luxuries & company of women (may be extra-marital relations). There will be great financial gains, but extra-expenditure by wife & children also. The working environment of work place will be smooth, due promotion/ perks/ transfer to place of interest may please you. Relations with superiors & authorities will be good and native may enjoy additional power, status & responsibilities. Businessmen will earn profit from their old stock and pending dues/ bills may be recovered. There could be success in competitions, court cases & litigation.

14.4.3 Gemini: Saturn’s transit in 5^th sign from natal Moon gives mixed results. The natives are normally confused, lacks discrimination, his children get sick or their education suffers. There may be loss of a limb/ fracture in accident, loss of wealth, income or decline in business or loss in speculation. He may have liaison with wicked women and lose money, health & name on that account. Mental agony and depression for one or the other reason may plague the natives. Loans from various sources ad friends may be of great help in times of need. Wedding of a child may give some solace. However since Saturn is in Swarna-monthly and Jupiter till May 2012, transits in 11^th from natal Moon, the natives may have necessary courage & strength to overcome many evils that may befall on them.

14.4.4 Cancer: These natives may have adverse results as Saturn is in 4^th from natal Moon (Kantak Shani) and in Loha-moorthy indicating trying (bad) period. It may test one’s patience & self-confidence in dealing with problems w.r.t parents, spouse, house, property, vehicle, health & domestic happiness. There may be separation of spouse, friends & relations, loss of wealth & happiness, frequent transfers and change of job/ business. During 2012, natives may enjoy good health (but own health may deteriorate after Dec 2012), but health of family members causes concer and unwanted expenditure. One may suffer all comforts & respect and is humiliated due to enemies authorities. One may have to leave one’s home, home-town or country and become perverted with negative thinking. However transit of Ketu & Jupiter in Taurus, indicate some success & improvements in various fields. In independent India’s chart natal Moon is in Cancer. Hence the Mundane effects on national scene are expected to be bad in 4^th house’s significations.
