Gastric,
Peptic and duodenal ulcers
It is a breach or erosion
in the inner linings or the entire wall of the stomach. The usual signs are
vomiting of blood, black and tarry-stools, agonizing abdominal pain. The pain
usually comes before meals which subsides just after taking meals or alkalis.
This disease generally begins in young adulthood, disappears after treatment,
then reappears with greater or less frequency. The main causes are anxiety,
worry, nervous tension, irregular taking of meals, excessive smoking habits,
poor eating habits, taking of highly spiced foods, alcohol etc.
Gems can be used as
permanent remedy against this disease.
One single gem Pittambari
Nila in 4 rattis if worn on middle finger can drive off this disease
completely. But one difficulty arises that one may be frightened to use Nila.
So it is better to use the
following two gems viz. Emerald in 6 rattis on middle finger and Yellow
Sapphire in 5 rattis on third finger (anamika) of right hand.
Typhoid
Fever
It is called as an enteric
or intestinal fever, an acute infectious disease characterized by continued
fever, caused by Salmonella typhi, a gram-negative motile dysentery. But the
main symptom is acute diarrhea.
It is purely a Jupiter
disease as he governs the liver. Next comes Mercury who governs the intestines
and nerves. Mercury gives all ulcers in the stomach and he causes diarrhea and
dysentery. The signs cancer and Virgo have a domain over typhoid fever. Mars in
Cancer or Virgo during his gochara movements gives this trouble. Although Mars
causes typhoid fever, but his gem will not be useful here.
The gem Red Coral is
useful for constipation but not for loose bowels. It is said that Red Coral
removes constipation. So the Gems here will be Emerald in 6 rattis and
Pittambari Nila in 4 rattis. Sometimes one may be frightened to use Nila, in
that case he is advised to bacillus. The common sites of attack are the spleen
and the bowel.
The usual symptoms are
high fever, splitting headache, rose red splotches on the skin, extreme
prostration, bloody-stools, diarrhea and use Yellow Sapphire in 5 Rattis. The
gem White coral may be found to be useful in winter months, as an additional
gem.
