Aries-Scorpio

Love can be a bonfire between thee two. When Scorpion meets Ram the attraction is immediate, and the air is thick with arousal. Traditionally, macho Mars, the ancient god of war rules both Aries and Scorpio, bestowing the warrior spirit on each of them. Both are physical, energetic and passionate about everything. This factor will be a reason for the initial intense attraction because both will love this trait about each other when the fire of passion is burning bright. But the Scorpion will be intense, proud, private and patient, where Ram will be forthright, impatient and vigorous. Mars is best placed in strategic Scorpio, so they will be cool I a crisis, determined and ready to wait for the moment. The raging Ram rushes to the risks of romance, where Scorpio may take a `wait and see’ stance. When they at last give the Ram permission to make a move, fireworks blaze as Mars meets Mars, especially if sensual Venus harmonizes between them.

Sexually, everything will be fine. It will be the emotional side of the relationship which they can not handle properly. Each will have a forceful personality and wants to control the other. Aries, however, can release anger and emotions and then forget about it, while Scorpio nurses grudges and resentments, and may hold on to the wounds that Aries unconscious inflicts. Also, Scorpio needs to feel intensely bonded emotionally and Aries may not have the same overwhelming need for closeness. In the end, Scorpio’s jealousy may prove to be the undoing. Aries’ versatile interests make Scorpio feel insecure and that brings out Scorpio’s tyrannical streak. Aries won’t take orders and Scorpio will never take a back seat. This is an unstable partnership with a low ignition point.

Scorpio will live with the knowledge of the searing depths beneath their calm exterior, but the revelation of these may really surprise the Ram. For their dealing with a naïve creature Scorpio would have to allow a little leeway. Scorpio knows that no one will be more ardent and honest than the Ram; and they will admire these are qualities of the Ram, but patience helps Scorpio to appreciate them fully. If the fiery one charges ahead, Scorpio has to negotiate for what they want. Scorpio should remember that the word `negotiate’ will not in the dictionary of the native of Aries sign and therefore Scorpio will have to teach it. Scorpio is a creature of schemes and calculations, where Ram is inspired. Both of them will have different approaches. Sometimes the woolly one is naïve, accept it. At other times, the directness of Ram is the kick in the pants your strategies need. If they want mutual benefit they will have to give each other a long leash.

This match can be successful in business if they work on their differences. Fiery Ram is a Cardinal Sign, where Scorpio is a Fixed Sign. Cardinal Fire takes charge, but Scorpio resent control, so they should expect some struggles over power. If Aries pushes, Scorpio will have a poisonous sting. Restrain the Ram too often and an inspirational partner will be off. Both of them can be jealous and possessive, but Scorpio will give the Ram a beginner’s course on the meaning the word. For Scorpio the Ram will have a roving eye and, for Ram, betrayal is serious.

Together, both will be formidable, a combination that can conquer the world if they can negotiate their private pact. There will be a lot of fire in the relationship and it is most likely to all apart unless both work on a common ground. It will be a difficult match, but worth the effort for those who persist.
