critical, nervous and tense and if they will not make a special effort to

of self-destruction.

the influence of Mercury is associated chiefly with the mind. It is the giver
of wisdom and signifies the progression from the purely instinctive realm of
the animal kingdom by the use of the intellect. Mercury represents ideas,
methods and information progressing through experimentation and invention. This
planet is associated with children prior to puberty and thus, is connected to
tricks, jokes, youthfulness and light-heartedness. Mercury rules all forms of
communication (telephone calls, letters and speech, for example). It also rules
the sciences, curiosity, manner of thought and travel. Mercury is also
associated with merchants, commerce and mental pursuits. “Wheeling and dealing”
fall within the jurisdiction of this planet as do lying and cheating. It has
been said that individuals born under the influence of Mercury are experts at “bursting
the bubbles” of others, pricking the pretensions of those around them and
forcing the reexamination of personal attitudes. Needles to say, this is a
talent not always universally admired and most assuredly not by its victims. As
a planetary influence, Mercury is neutral, displaying neither feminine nor
masculine qualities but focused chiefly on processing the facts, data and
communications which make up an important part of everyday life. It symbolizes
fluidity overcoming rigidity and is thus the champion of new beginnings, upsetting
conventional attitudes and blazing trails for invention and change. The message
of Mercury is one of personal transformation a bridging of the gap between the
self and its potentials. Mercury is the magician, the alchemist who magically
transforms words into substance. It is said to figure strongly in the computerized
age with its advances in information and communication.
In nutshell it can be said
that Virgo will exist in the mind and everything will be inside. To the world,
Virgo will present a calm and collected exterior but on the inside, nervous
uncontrolled intensity in the mind will be trying to figure things out, how to
improve everything, analyzing and thinking. Virgo can tire itself out without
even moving. Virgos will have a constant drive to improve and perfect which can
lead to them extreme pickiness and finickiest. They will be pure, their motives
will be honest never malicious and they will like to accomplish something. They
will reach their full potential when they can communicate their knowledge in
such a way that others can understand it. In order to get their ideas across
better, Virgos will need to develop greater verbal skills and fewer judgmental
ways of expressing themselves. Virgos will look up to teachers and
communicators and will like their bosses to be good communicators. Virgos will
probably not respect a superior who is not their intellectually equal, no
matter how much money or power that superior has. Virgos themselves will like
to be perceived by others as being educated and intellectual. The natural
humility of Virgos will often inhibits them from fulfilling their great

self promotion if they are going to reach their career goals. They will need to

may change occupations several times during their professional lives, until
they will find the one they really enjoy. With other peoples Virgos will work
well and will not be afraid to work hard and always fulfill their
responsibilities.
