Powerful status

Y-1a- The native becomes the owner of weapons, horses, & treasury, if the lord of the 4^th house is in the 4^th house with a benefic planet.

Y-1b- The native becomes the owner of weapons, horses, & treasury, if the lord of the 4^th house is located in the 11^th house & is strong or

Y-1c- Lord of 4^th house is with Mars in the 4^th or 11^th house, the above result.

Y-2- The native gets ruling power, wealth, comforts, ornaments & conveyances:

If the lord of the 4^th house is in the sign of Mars.

Y-3- If there is a strong benefic planet in the Ascendant and there is a benefic planet in the 9^th house & the lord of the 2^nd house is in its sign or exaltation in angle, the yoga indicates the acquisition of ruler ship.

Y-4- Also if there is a benefic planet in the 9^th house and there is a benefic planet in Kendra along with the lord of the 2^nd house.

Y-5a- The native gets ruling powers, if there is a planet in exaltation in the 2^nd house.

Y-5b- Similarly if there are benefic planets in angles and malefic planets in the 3^rd, 6^th & 11^th houses, then also the ruling powers are gained.

Residence abroad

Y-1a- If the lord of the 4^th house is in the 12^th house the native has another house (other than that of his father) in a foreign country, or

Y-1b- If the lord of the 4^th is in 8^th, he himself makes a house in a foreign land.

Royalty, with Conveyances other combinations

Y-1- The native possesses conveyance, if the lord of the 2^nd house is in the Lagna, the lord of the 10^th is in the 2^nd house, and a planet in exaltation occupies the 2^nd house.

Y-2- The native owns conveyance, if there is mutual exchange between the lords of the 2^nd and the 9^th house & the lord of the 1^st house is strong.

Y-3- The native owns conveyance, if the lord of the 4^th house is strong and located in “Gopur” etc, Amsha & aspected by the lord of the 11^th, 10^th and the 9^th house.

Y-4- The native possesses conveyance, if the lord of the 9^th house is in angle, in its sign of exaltation & two other planets are also in exaltation.

Y-5- The man becomes the owner of conveyances, if the lord of the 12^th house is in its sign of exaltation and is located with the lord of the 2^nd house & is aspected by the lord of the 9^th house.

Y-6- The native possesses many lands & conveyances, if the lord of the 10^th house is located in the 4^th house with the lord of the 11^th house or with the lord of the 9^th house.

Y-7- The native owns conveyance, if the lord of the 10^th house is located in the 10^th house and is aspected by the lord of the 1^st or the 9^th house.

Y-8- The native owns much land & many conveyances, if the lords of the 10^th and the 4^th houses are located in Simhasan Amsha and are aspected by the lord of the 1^st house.

Y-9- The native have strength, wealth, and many conveyances, if the 4^th, 2^nd and the 3^rd houses are occupied respectively by the lords of the 9^th, 10^th & the 11^th houses, or a benefic planet is located in the 8^th house with or without the lord of the 2^nd or

Y-10- The native owns three conveyances, when the lord of the 4^th house is exalted, the lord of the exaltation sign of 4^th house be located in angle or a trine & a planet in exaltation occupies the 4^th house, the 12^th house should not have any planet in it.

Y-11- The native owns a conveyance with instruments of vocal & other music, if Venus is in its high exaltation sign & the lord of the 10^th house is located in the 4^th, the native is owner of conveyance tilted with instruments of music.

Y-12- The native owns a conveyance with instruments of vocal & other music, if the lord of the 9^th house is located in the 4^th house and the lord of the 10^th house occupies angle or trine house, in his sign of exaltation.

Y-13- The native owns a conveyance with musical instruments like panavadi, if the lord of the 10^th house, in association with Saturn is located in an angle, along with a benefic planet & the lord of the Lagna is located in the 4^th house.

Y-14- The native owns conveyance but at the end suffers also due to conveyances, if malefic planets occupy their signs of exaltation in the 10^th, 9^th and the 1^st house & the lord of the Lagna aspects those houses.

Note: If the benefic planets are in exaltation there should be no suffering, it is only the malefic planets which will give both good and bad effects.

Y-15- The man is highly rich and enjoys domestic animals and the conveyances of his country, if the lords of the 10^th (by others 7^th), 6^th, 3^rd, 4^th, 9^th, 1^st, & 12^th houses are with the lord of the 5^th house.

Note: Mr. B S Rao in his book has translated this as 7^th house instead of 10^th house, rest is same.

Y-16- The native gets comforts and conveyance, if the 4^th house is occupied by a benefic planet and the lord of the 4^th house is located in angle or trine in his sign of exaltation & the lord of the 9^th house is in its highest degree of exaltation.

Y-17- The native gains many conveyances, if the lord of the 10^th house is located in the 4^th house, & the lord of the 4^th house is in the 11^th, & the Ascendant is aspected by a benefic.

Y-18- The native will have instruments of music pertaining to royalty or aristocracy, if the lord of the 10^th house is in the 4^th & there is Rajyoga, the native will have instruments of music such as Mridang, Bheri, Simakha etc.

Urinary disorders – Y- The native will suffer from urinary disorders if lords of 4^th and 7^th house stay in 6 or 8 or 12^th house conjunct Malefic.

Dull-headed – Y- The native will be dull-headed If lord of 4^th is conjunct with a malefic and both stay in 6 or 8 or 12^th house.

Accident in water – Y- The native will suffer from accident in water, if lord of 4^th is exalted and conjunct lord of 8^th, and aspected by lord of Ascendant.

Reputation – Y- The native will attain reputation if lord of 4^th is in 3 or 6 or 10 or 11^th house from lord of Ascendant, and conjunct in sign or navamsa with lords of 9^th and 10^th.

Hiding – Y- Occasions for hiding underground would arise for the native whose lord of 4^th is conjunct with Rahu whilst Saturn is occupying 4^th house and has aspect of both Venus and Jupiter.

Religious austerities – Y- Sun in 4^th house, Moon in 9^th house whilst Mars is in 11^th house indicates that the native will be performing religious austerities.

Drunkard – Y- If a malefic is posited in 6 or 9 or 12^th house whilst a debilitated planet is placed in 4^th house or the 4^th lord himself, is, debilitated or associated with a debilitated planet, the native will become a drunkard.

Dumb – Y- If both lords of 4^th house & Mars are in 6 or 8 or 12^th house and are involved in eclipse or stationary state, the native will become dumb.

Stammering – Y- Benefic connections in the above yoga would result in the native’s stammering.
