Brave: This applies only to the first category of Mars ruled people.

Violent: The person does not have any second thoughts even if he is committing murder.

Triangular face: I have found no evidence that this description by Punjaraj is correct.
William Lily: describes the face as round. He is brave and self-confident. He is of medium height. If Mars is in the east the person is tall and has a hairy body. If it is in the west, the person is lean, has a small head, is delicate and his nature is to remain aloof from people.
Simonite: says the nose is crooked, the face is round. Both rules apply to people of the second category. Their special characteristic is fearlessness and self-confidence. They are easy to spot in society. If Mars is tilted either towards the west or the east, the person is of medium height. The other directional properties are as described by William Lily.
In relationship to zodiac signs: Mars in Cancer gives very beneficial results, ordinary ones in Scorpio and Sagittarius, slightly malefic in Leo, bad in Aries, extremely malefic in Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn and reasonably good in Gemini, Libra and Aquarius.
