Expenses

Y-1- If Moon and Mars are together in the 12^th house, the expenses of the native will be in right directions. Malefic in 12^th denote wasteful expenses and losses.

Y-2- The difference in the strength of the lord of 11^th and lord of 12^th house should be particularly considered in making predictions concerning both the gain and expenditure bhavas.

Y-3- The channels in which expenses are incurred by natives, depend on the planets posited in 12^th, on the following lines:

Moon- in 12^th house denotes expenses on enjoyments

Venus- in 12^th house denotes expenses on Woman

Sun and or Mars- in 12^th house denotes expenses on King or Govt

Mercury- in 12^th house denotes expenses on business

Jupiter- in 12^th house denotes expenses on religion or charity

Saturn- in 12^th house denotes expenses on gambling

Rahu- in 12^th house denotes expenses on losses by theft

Ketu- in 12^th house denotes expenses on expenses on poison

Expenses-right or wrong

Y-1- If the lord of 12^th is exalted, or in Moolatrikona or own or friendly house aspected by lord of Ascendant, the native stands to enjoy in many ways, including enjoyments with good looking girls, costly food, clothes, wealth, own house, own conveyances, high status and expenses on charity.

Y-2- If lord of 9^th or Jupiter aspects the Lord of 12^th, the expenses will be more on charity and for public good. Malefic aspects on 12^th indicate expenses in wrong directions and losses in gambling, losses by theft etc.

P- Predictions concerning each of the 12 houses in a horoscope have to be made with reference to the 12^th houses counted from the house under consideration; in other words, if the 2^nd house is being looked into, consideration should be given to the 12^th house reckoned from the 2^nd; similarly, for other houses.

Thus, there are actually 144 houses in a horoscope, at the rate of 12 per bhava (house).

Expenses on charities- Lord of 12^th in conjunction of a benefic and aspected by a benefic whilst a benefic is posited in 12^th indicates expenses on charities and in right directions.

Debts and losses- Exchange of signs between lords of 6^th & 12^th indicates that the native will be incurring heavy debts, besides loss of honour, losses in gambling and evil losses.

Stingy- Lord of 11^th in 12^th house indicates that the native will become stingy.

Expenses for- Lord of 10^th in 112^th house indicates self-respect and expenses with a view to keeping up his assumed superiority.

Lord of 8^th in 12 indicates expenses on medicines and heavy doctor’s medical bills. Most of his diseases are due to his own misdeeds or morals.

Conveyances- Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and lord of 12^th, placed in 4^th house, indicates expenses on enjoyments connected with various types of conveyances and using them on sight seeing or tours.

Duty- Lord of 12^th in 9^th house, and lord of 4^th in 12^th house, whilst both are aspected by lord of 10^th, indicates that the native will be sincere in his duty.

In the manner indicated above, all about expenses should be thought off.

Human population exceeds a hundred million, whilst there are only 12 zodiacal signs under which everyone is born. If the 12^th Lord is situated in the Ascendant the native will be a spendthrift, be weak in constitution, will suffer from phlegmatic disorders and be devoid of wealth and learning.

Notes: The situation of the 12^th Lord in the Ascendant is unsuitable for health because the 12^th House is the House of Destruction for the Ascendant House. Such a native is not disposed to avarice or greed.

Should the 12^th Lord be situated in the 2^nd House, the native will always spend money on auspicious deeds, be religious, will speak sweetly and be blessed with virtues and happiness.

Notes: Money will be spent on auspicious works, only when the 2^nd sign of the 12^th Lord will be in a benefic House. Thus in Aries and Libra simultaneously. Therefore the native will spend money on auspicious deeds. The native born in Sagittarius and Gemini Ascendants will also spend his money on auspicious deeds, because in these Ascendants the 12^th Lord will be the 5^th Lord also. The native born in the Taurus or Scorpio Ascendants spends his money on women, because of being in the grip of his lustful desires because in these Ascendants the 12^th Lords become the Lords of the House of Lust, the 7^th House. In the Pisces Ascendant the 12^th Lord Saturn, being placed in the 2^nd House, will be in his sign of debilitation and therefore auspicious effects may not be produced.

If the 12^th Lord is placed in the 3^rd House, the native will be devoid of fraternal bliss, will have hatred for other people and will promote self nourishment or will be self centred.

In the event of the 12^th Lord being placed in the 4^th House, the native will be devoid of maternal happiness and will day by day have losses in respect of lands, conveyances and houses.

Notes: For the natives having Gemini and Leo Ascendants, who are devoid of maternal bliss, because in these ascendants the 12^th Lord will be debilitated in the 4^th House. The natives born in the Aries and Scorpio Ascendants will have special maternal bliss, because in these Ascendants the 12^th Lords will be exalted in the 4^th House.

Should the 12^th Lord occupy the 5^th House, the native will be bereft of sons and learning. He will spend money and also make pilgrimages to beget a son.

In the 12^th Lord is fallen in the 6^th House, the native will incur enmity with his own men, be given to anger, be sinful, miserable and will traverse other’s wives.

Should the 12^th Lord occupy the 7^th House, the native will always expend on account of his wife, will not enjoy conjugal bliss and will be bereft of learning and strength.

In case the 12^th Lord is gone in the 8^th House, the native will always have gains, will speak affably, will enjoy a medium span of life and he will be endowed with all good qualities.

Notes: When the 12^th Lord is situated in the 8^th House, it will form Vipreeta Raj Yoga. Therefore the 12^th House, which is the House of the Destruction of Wealth and of evil qualities etc., will have special losses and losses to the 12^th House means the gains of wealth and endowment of all good qualities.

Should the 12^th Lord occupy the 9^th House, the native will dishonor his teachers be inimical even to his friends and be always intent on achieving his own ends.

If the 12^th Lord is situated in the 10^th House, the native will expend through royal persons and will enjoy only moderate paternal bliss.

In case the 12^th Lord is placed in the 11^th House, the native will incur losses, in spite of having a combination of gains and sometimes has meager gains through other’s wealth.

When the 12^th Lord is situated in the 12^th House, the native expends heavily. He will be deprived of physical felicity, and will be irritable and spiteful.
