The planetary patterns,
which promise an independent occupation and a business career, of course, with
the concurrence of other factors we have enumerated in the chapter on the Lagna
the Chandra-lagna, the Surya (Sun), the Buddha (Mercury), the Shani (Saturn)
and the Guru (Jupiter), are described as under.
The Lagna, the
Chandra-lagna and the four planetary significators are at least normal in
strength. At the same time five Planets or more are placed in the 10th,
11th, 1st, 2nd and/ or 3rd houses
from the Lagna or the Chandra-lagna. It can be safely asserted that the
horoscope in question presents a person who is designed for an independent
occupation and a business career. The five Planets which are to occupy the
houses mentioned above may include any of the planetary significators of the
occupation. More than the five Planets well placed in the houses mentioned
above improve the qualifications of the horoscope to represent a person who is
designed for an independent occupation or a business career.
If the 10th
house is very strong the person in question will get into the right occupation
nearly at the right time without much delay and loss of time and energy. If the
Astrologer’s advice is sought at the right time the delay, they waste and the
loss of time and energy can be reduced to the minimum.
A weak 10th
house will considerably reduce the chances of the person concerned to get into
the right occupation at the right time unless and until the advice of the
Astrologer is sought and followed sincerely at the right time. Left to himself
the person will waste the time and energy elsewhere till it is very late. The
result will be an irreparable loss; it will be a wasted life.
A similar planetary
pattern which in concurrence with other factors holds out the promise of an
independent occupation or a business career is given below:
The Lagna, the
Chandra-lagna, and the four planetary significators of occupation, i.e., the
Surya, the Buddha, the Shani and the Guru are at least normal in strength and
five or more planets including the planetary significators of occupation are
placed in the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th,
11th and/ or the 12th house from the Lagna or the
Chandra-lagna. The horoscope in question represents the person who is designed
for an independent occupation or a business career. More Planets which should
not be weak in the house mentioned improve the qualifications for the horoscope
to represent a person designed for a business career.
A strong 10th
house will make the person concerned to pursue the right occupation at the
right time and the loss and waste of time and energy will be minimum.
In case of a weak 10th
house the person left to himself is liable to be led astray and waste his time
elsewhere till it is too late. The advice of the Astrology sought at the right time and followed sincerely can
avert the catastrophe. Thus the service of Astrology has saved a career; it has
made the destiny.
