My Healing Advice : All problems are there as we have a pattern that things should happen as we desire - example : even when we do not get a token standing in a line - we curse/get angry at the ticket giver (his slow speed ) and then ourselves for not being early -then the thought keeps coming and reminding of the failure . The anger - the pain of failure keeps coming up - does it serve any purpose ?. There is no failure but we label our acts - thoughts have to be controlled - easy said but think ----- - past and future are waste thoughts.
