Continuation…
Dr. Shanker Adawal
The late ruler of Germany the Kaiser born on 27-1-1859 at three in the afternoon in Berlin.
In 1915 he started the first World War because of Mars in his Tenth House but because Moon was in the Sixth House he was defeated. Due to the combination of the Sun and Saturn in his horoscope he had to give up the throne.
Ordinarily Mars in Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, Aries, Leo and Sagittarius brings good fruit. In Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, Gemini, Libra and Aquarius it is ordinary. In the Vidarbha Congress the late leader Veer Vamanrao Joshi was an example of Mars in Capricorn. He got much fame but had no children. See another example. Acharya Atre, born on 13-8-1898 at Sasawaad in the morning at 7.30:

He is a famous writer, playwright, poet, essayist and visualiser in addition to being the publisher of a renowned paper. He got much fame. At the age of 36 his good luck began. Since there are malefic planets in the Fourth House, the Fifth House and the House of Profit he travelled a lot. Since the ruler of the Seventh House Saturn was influenced by Harshal or Uranus his wife has always the dominant partner. Since Venus was with Jupiter his wife was well-educated, peaceful, worldly wise and loving.
Another poet from Maharashtra Mr. S A Shukla born on 26-5-1902 at 10 a.m. in Kunhad:

Thanks to Mars in the Tenth House he got both fame through his writing and also wealth.
Doctors in whose case Mars is in the Tenth House in Scorpio become famous surgeons. Dr. Walness of Miraj was once such example. This is a good positioning for lawyers and particularly those who defend clients. It is not good for employed people as they quarrel frequently with their bosses. Baidhyanath says if Mars is in the Tenth or Fifth House the maternal uncle is promptly destroyed but I cannot find any connection between Mars in the Tenth House and the maternal uncle.
In the horoscope of Union Minister Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Mars was in the Tenth House in Cancer and in the horoscope of famous scientist Sir C V Raman Mars was in the Tenth House in Sagittarius.
